The rhizomes are taken out if the water is minimized to 1-3rd of the first and they are tender and their internal portion has turned from blue to dark or pale brown. The rhizomes are then dried in very hot Sunshine for 10 to fifteen days right until hardened. These dried rhizomes are then packed for
